Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Kristin began her quest at the age of 10 on stage, performing in countless recitals and pageants. Stage make up and hair became second nature to her very early on, as well as her devotion to dance, theater and cheer. She was already poised and had dreams as big as the Texas sky for a career in dance and entertainment that would later evolve into being selected as an elite member of an Internationally Acclaimed/ World Renowned Sports Brand and through her High School years, she focused on her dance training to begin her journey.
Upon graduating, she moved to Dallas and attended the University of Texas at Arlington. She received a degree in Kinesiology with over 20 hours applied towards a Dance Education Minor and became one step closer to realizing her lifelong dream of auditioning for "Americas Sweethearts", the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
She spent two years performing on the sidelines, wearing the iconic star spangled uniform and famous white cowboy boots. During her tenure she entertained 65+ thousand fans at Dallas Cowboys Football Games • Traveled to exotic locations on the Annual Calendar Shoot • Entertained US military troops throughout the world on USO Tours • Made personal appearances all over the world • Performed in Celebrity half-time performances • Attended community service events • Shared knowledge and experience with kids at CAMP DCC • Attended nursing homes and hospitals visits • Received extensive training in dance, hair and make up and etiquette.
This was all a precursor to what would become an illustrious career in the Sports and Entertainment Field.
Building onto her resume, she was hired to become the Program Director for the Texas Stars, primary affiliate of the Dallas Stars, Ice Girls Dance Team. It was during that time frame she crossed paths with Tiffany while collaborating on make up, marketing/ promotional photo shoots, and beauty training for the squad. It was an instant bond as they discovered their connection and shared a passion of all things beauty!
Kristin's role was managing all aspects of the Ice Girls Dance Team, including but not limited to, the image/ branding of the Ice Girls as part of Game-day entertainment and the marketing/ promotional team • All Game-day Choreography • Oversee rehearsals, appearances, photo and promotional shoots, hair and makeup and fitness • Oversee the Ice Girls as role models in the community and Team Ambassadors • Oversee all community and charity appearances • Oversee all sponsorship opportunities • Oversee all Ice skating training • All Stars Watch Party appearances • Oversee all Foundation Appearances such as, Golf tournaments, Casino night and other special events • Created the Junior Ice Girls Program comprised of special clinics designed to teach cheer, dance and build self-confidence skills in young girls ages 5 and up.
Another milestone in her extensive career in sports entertainment surfaced when she was hired to become the Program Director of the Circuit of the America's, COTA Girls. Kristin managed all aspects of the program, including program development through the hiring and training of over (40) model ambassadors and grid girls for the internationally promoted F1, MotoGP, XGames, LeMans and other circuit functions.
In between these career highlights, Kristin gave her time to countless volunteer groups and continues to involve herself with charitable work for various organizations and is a mentor to young women, inspiring them to live out their lifelong dreams as she did!
Today, as a successful Real Estate Agent and lover of all things beauty and skincare, her greatest joy is spending time as a mom of two amazing teenage boys and husband of 25 years and most recently as Founding Ambassador of SKIN by REGEN, a clean non-toxic gender neutral skin care line that is good for the whole family.
Now, with over a decade together, Kristin and Tiffany continue an ongoing commitment to educate and inspire women to be the very best versions of themselves possible as spokeswomen for their Brand.........and through SKIN by REGEN, their purpose is to empower and enhance the entrepreneurial spirit by creating and connecting with individuals on their journey to Inspiring.True.Wellness.
